My attitude towards testnet points is pretty simple right now: do what you can, but don't treat it as a position for "future airdrops." Frankly, once you have expectations, it's easy to turn practice into obsession, and in the end, all your time, gas, and attention are drained.

My stop-loss isn't complicated either: set a fixed daily time budget, and if I exceed it, I close the webpage; for tasks that require frequent signing or permissions that are too broad, I’d rather lose some points and stop first; there's also emotional stop-loss—when I start refreshing tasks repeatedly or get into a group chat and want to add more stakes, that's basically a sign to take a break. Recently, there’s been a lot of noise about privacy coins, mixing, and compliance, but I remind myself even more: don’t risk creating on-chain traces you can’t explain just for "possible points," it’s not worth it in the long run. That’s it for now, take it slow.
