Abstract generation in progress

CryptoWorld News reports that Anthropic is suspected of preparing an active assistant called Orbit, aimed at connecting six major tools including Gmail, Slack, and GitHub. Orbit is a proactive briefing and insights system spanning Claude and Claude Code. It uses an opt-in mechanism, can sense the user’s time zone, and automatically generates personalized briefings from connected work tools. The connectors identified so far cover Gmail, Slack, GitHub, Calendar, Drive, and Figma. Orbit is currently only shown as a toggle in the settings panel and is in a gray rollout phase before an official release. Anthropic’s developer conference, Code with Claude, will be held on May 6 in San Francisco, and it remains unclear whether Orbit will make its official debut at the event. In September last year, OpenAI released a similar assistant called ChatGPT Pulse. Google Gemini and Perplexity are also preparing similar features, as proactive briefings are becoming standard capabilities of AI assistants.
