Iran reaffirms dominance over the Strait of Hormuz
Golden Finance reports that on May 5, according to the Iranian Students’ News Agency on May 4, in response to U.S. President Trump’s plan to “guide” the stranded ships out of the Strait of Hormuz, Iran’s Parliament National Security and Foreign Policy Committee spokesman Ibrahim Rezaei stated that if they want to reopen the Strait of Hormuz, they must either accept failure, reach an agreement, and acknowledge Iran’s dominance over the strait; or return to the battlefield and bear further consequences.
