Lately, I've been bombarded with all kinds of "points/badges/identity" hype, and everyone in the group is busy completing tasks. It’s a bit exhausting to watch... Frankly, many projects haven't even launched a product yet, but they've already rolled out a check-in system. If you really like it, that's fine, but don’t spend your time just for a small icon; in the end, what you might get is just the psychological comfort of "I participated."

And lately, the staking unlocks and token unlock calendar are being discussed every day. As soon as the selling pressure anxiety kicks in, just after working on tasks to earn points, you start watching whether the unlock day will cause a dump. Being emotionally driven like this isn’t really worth it.

My own clumsy way to avoid impulsive trades: first, I close the trading interface, go wash a cup or take a two-minute walk, then come back and ask myself, “Am I optimistic about the narrative, or am I just being pushed by group FOMO?” Most of the time, after cooling down a bit, I don’t want to hit confirm anymore... Anyway, taking it slow really helps reduce a lot of pitfalls.
