Lately, I've really been numb from information overload... In the group, a phrase like "Someone's testnet is about to go live," or an influencer's picture and paragraph, can push my emotions along, impulsively minting/interacting a few times. Then I think: who is ultimately responsible for this? Honestly, the one who pays the price is myself, but the people setting the pace are also good at catching your anxiety about "what to do if you miss the mainnet token launch."

Now I treat all this as noise. My noise reduction strategy is simple: any message about "expected points / whether the mainnet will issue tokens," first put it into a memo and cool down for 24 hours, then check on-chain data and project documentation. If it can clearly explain the value, then act; if not, forget it. Missing out is just paying tuition, one less time.
