OpenAI launches enterprise-exclusive ChatGPT: native integration with Microsoft Intune endpoint management
Crypto World News reports that OpenAI has listed a standalone iOS app called ChatGPT for Intune on the App Store, designed specifically for schools and corporate organizations. The key change is that it natively supports Microsoft’s Intune unified endpoint management protocol. The app addresses the problem that many large enterprise IT departments require work phones to be managed under Intune, causing the regular version of ChatGPT to fail compliance review. After the standalone version was launched, employees in tightly controlled environments can also safely use core AI features such as advanced voice mode, image generation, and file parsing. The app supports cross-device history synchronization and is currently available for free download. In addition, the release of this enterprise management application is unrelated to the Codex feature that was recently teased; OpenAI’s highly anticipated iOS Codex is expected to be released separately within this week.
