On May 5, SC Ventures, the fintech and investment arm of Standard Chartered Bank, made a strategic investment in the cryptocurrency market maker GSR. The company has recently been expanding into other tokenized financial services. This investment makes SC Ventures the first external strategic shareholder of GSR since its establishment in 2013.
