Guys, I just studied the statistics on global currencies and was shocked by the scale of devaluation in some countries. It turns out that the weakest currency in the world right now is the Venezuelan bolívar — one dollar is worth about 4 million bolívars! Just crazy numbers. Iran with the rial is also in the top, where the dollar is valued at 514 thousand. This is no longer just economic problems, it's a complete collapse of financial systems. Interestingly, the list includes not only third-world countries. There are also Belarus, Kazakhstan, and even Iceland. Each of them is experiencing its own currency crisis — either hyperinflation, sanctions, or structural economic problems. Vietnam, Indonesia, Pakistan — are also on the list with quite weak exchange rates. I understand that for local residents, this is a real hardship. When your salary is in the local currency, and everything imported costs in dollars, life becomes much more expensive. Devaluation of the national currency is like a slow fire for the country's economy. That’s why crypto is becoming increasingly relevant for people in such regions — at least as some protection against inflation and financial instability.
