Golden Finance reports that on May 5th, according to CME “Federal Reserve Watch”: the probability that the Federal Reserve will keep interest rates unchanged until June is 95.2%, with a 4.8% chance of a total cut of 25 basis points. The probability that the Federal Reserve will keep interest rates unchanged until July is 92.2%, with a 7.7% chance of a total cut of 25 basis points, and a 0.2% chance of a total cut of 50 basis points. The probability that the Federal Reserve will keep interest rates unchanged until September is 86.1%, with a 13.2% chance of a total cut of 25 basis points, and a 0.6% chance of a total cut of 50 basis points.
