Over the past two days, I’ve checked the floor prices of a few older NFTs again. To be honest, the liquidity is even thinner than I thought. I can post a whole bunch of orders, but if I actually want a trade to go through, I end up having to keep lowering my bid… This whole royalties situation is also pretty awkward. If I collect them, buyers think it’s too expensive; if I don’t, creators and the community don’t have anything to eat. Once the narrative cools down, everyone just plays dead. Recently, Meme and celebrities have been taking people’s attention with a single loud shout. Even my coworker asked me, “Should I go after it?” I could only persuade him not to take the last baton—the hype dies down faster than you’d expect.

Anyway, I’m still the same: if the depth looks wrong during the trading session, I cancel the order. I’d rather miss out than stubbornly hold on. That’s it for now.
