I found out that I really fear losing money, not making money... A floating profit of two hundred dollars, I can still eat instant noodles and laugh; a floating loss of two hundred dollars, and I start imagining, "Is it over? Did I just take the last baton again?" Lying in bed, the more I think about it, the clearer I get; scrolling on my phone makes me even more alert, like watching a horror movie in night mode.

Recently, AI Agents and automated trading have become popular again, and I also feel itchy to let robots handle my trades, to avoid being reckless myself. But honestly, when I’m at a loss, I don’t trust any "automatic" system; I just suspect it’s secretly interacting with the chain behind the scenes to drain your wallet... The more hype there is around the narrative, the more I want to check my permissions first.

A couple of days ago, I followed an account that kept saying "Don’t fear the drawdown," and when I experienced a loss, I immediately unfollowed. Haha, if emotional management fails, it fails. I’ll follow again once I’ve calmed down and slept it off. That’s all for now.
