Aave Seeks Court Release of $71M Frozen After Kelp DAO Exploit

Aave asked a federal court in New York to release about $71 million frozen on Arbitrum after the Kelp DAO exploit. Plaintiffs say the assets can be seized because the attacker was likely linked to North Korea. Aave asked the court to lift the freeze immediately or require a bond of at least $300 million if it stays in place.
