Over the past two days, the macro side’s interest rate expectations have been twisting back and forth again, and my positions have started to get a little more “cowardly” along with it. To put it simply: when interest rates are high, everyone reins in their risk appetite. Even if the on-chain world is lively, I’d rather move my coins back to cold storage first—less messing around—then wait until the signals are clearer before I act.

The signals I actually care about are pretty basic: the market has started to be willing to pay how much for “uncertainty.” Once that price gets expensive, leverage is more likely to go wrong, and emotions become more fragile, too.

Recently, the whole AI Agent and automated trading narrative has been getting brought back up again. It feels like half the people are hyping “intelligence,” while the other half are quietly patching security holes… As for me, I’ll check permissions first, check signatures, and see whether contracts can be drained with a single click. I don’t want macro factors to end up flushing me out, and I don’t want interactions to send me on my way. That’s it for now.
