Recently, on-chain data has been "lagging" all the time. At first, I thought my internet was bad... Later, I realized it's probably because the indexer/subgraph hasn't finished syncing, or RPC is being rate-limited. To put it simply, what you see isn't "the chain stopped," but someone is moving boxes behind the scenes, and if they can't keep up, there will be a delay.

Especially when new L1/L2 incentives are launched and everyone rushes for TVL, the request volume suddenly explodes. I can also understand the old users' phrase about "digging, mining, and selling": crowded people, crowded experience, and data is more prone to glitches. Anyway, I don't really pay attention to those few seconds of fluctuations anymore. If it's a bit slow, so be it; missing it isn't a big deal.

Tonight, I'll note down the backup nodes for the commonly used RPC, and conveniently revoke a few unused authorizations to avoid panic if it gets stuck again next time.
