The 139th Canton Fair's first two phases attracted 245k overseas buyers to attend.

As of 5 p.m. on the 27th, the offline exhibitions of the first two phases of the 139th Canton Fair have attracted 245,000 overseas buyers from 219 countries and regions, a 2.2% increase over the same period last session. In addition, 140 overseas business organizations participated in the fair in group delegations. Another 344 leading enterprises from the United States, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Germany, Japan, and other places also participated in group delegations, representing a 4.9% increase over the same period last session. The second phase of the 139th Canton Fair’s offline exhibitions focuses on the theme of “Quality Home,” with an exhibition area of 515,000 square meters, 25,000 booths, and four newly added zones for fashion accessories, bamboo-and-wood tableware, bamboo-and-wood home products, as well as integrated housing and courtyard facilities. From movable “houses” to wearable “artwork,” exhibiting companies showcase new scenarios, new designs, and new solutions, enabling efficient matchmaking and connection between trading parties. The third phase of this year’s Canton Fair offline exhibitions will be held from May 1 to May 5, bringing together major categories including toys and maternity and infant products, home textiles, stationery, and health and leisure products, along with newly added zones for functional and technological fabrics.
