Recently, I saw someone arguing about MEV and fair ordering, basically saying that even on the blockchain, some people can cut in line. Who does this affect? The most direct impact is on small investors like me: you think you clicked "confirm," but in reality, your queue number has already been swapped out for a VIP, with a tiny difference in transaction price, a little more slippage, and when accumulated, it really hurts. Not to mention some newbies mistake failed transactions for "network lag," when in fact they've been squeezed out...

Why can I stay calm: I habitually write the worst-case scenario into my mind before each trade—this order might be cut in line, I might pay more in fees, it might fail outright—only then do I click confirm. OCD self-help method, don’t laugh.

By the way, recently, when I compare RWA, US bond yields, and on-chain yield products together, I become even less anxious: the more "stable income" they seem, the easier it is to relax vigilance. A social engineer’s line like "help you upgrade your yield strategy," and your mnemonic phrase is gone. Anyway, I’ll keep my private keys tight; a slower return is fine.
