US War Department Signs AI Deals With 7 Tech Companies for Classified Networks
The US Department of War signed AI agreements with seven tech and infrastructure companies on Friday to deploy frontier models on classified networks. The deals allow use in Impact Level 6 and Impact Level 7 environments, while Anthropic was left out amid a continuing legal dispute over model restrictions.
