Recently, everyone has been complaining again about validators taking too much, MEV causing unfair ordering. Honestly, no matter how "fair" the chain is, if you lose your private key, it's game over. When your assets are small, a hardware wallet is enough; don’t find it troublesome—at least write down your seed phrase correctly and avoid screenshots. As your assets grow, I prefer multi-signature, especially since you know a slip-up can be disastrous; an extra signature adds a layer of "undo" protection. Social recovery sounds appealing, suitable for those worried about losing access, but don’t trust your "friends" too much—relationships change, platform rules change, and things can go wrong.
