Circle, Coinbase Stocks Rise on Senate Clarity Act Compromise

Circle shares rose more than 15% and Coinbase gained as much as 6% after the U.S. Senate released compromise language for the Clarity Act. The next step is a Senate Banking Committee markup hearing in the coming days.
