Crypto news, OpenAI co-founder and CEO Greg Brockman stated that his holdings in OpenAI are currently worth nearly $30 billion, making him one of the largest individual shareholders. Brockman confirmed this amount during his first court appearance on Monday in a high-profile legal dispute between OpenAI and Elon Musk. During the court questioning, Brockman confirmed that his company shares are worth over $20 billion, and when asked if he is “closer to $30 billion,” he replied “yes.” He also stated that he did not invest any personal funds into the startup. Musk accused Brockman and OpenAI CEO Sam Altman of deviating from OpenAI’s original non-profit mission, using the project for personal gain.
