Abstract generation in progress

onsemi has expanded its collaboration with NIO to integrate its EliteSiC enhanced M3e technology into NIO’s next-generation 900V EV platforms, moving beyond the current 400V systems. This partnership aims to improve energy efficiency, shorten charging times, and enhance the performance and reliability of NIO’s electric vehicles, including models like the ES9 set to debut at the 2026 Beijing Auto Show. The deeper system-level engineering collaboration is expected to accelerate the launch of scalable, high-performance EV platforms.
