Today I almost got itchy again and wanted to chase a move, and a little exercise popped into my head: am I really seeing new information, or is the candlestick just pulling my emotions along? To put it simply, if there is real information, I should be able to recount it clearly: who is buying, how the on-chain funds are moving, whether permissions can be changed with one click, that kind of thing; if I can't recount it, it's probably FOMO.

Recently, the economic collapse of blockchain games feels like a mirror: when inflation kicks in, studios get shaken, and coin prices drop, it spirals out of control, and no matter how hot the narrative gets, it can't be saved. Anyway, my current rule is, when I feel like increasing my position emotionally, I first reduce some of my holdings, treat the "wanting to rush" as a practice problem, and finish it; if I don't finish, then forget it.
