These past couple of days, I've been watching the market so intensely I started doubting my own sanity. Even when I see "large transfers out" on the chain, I get itchy to short, but then after a while, the same transaction appears on another dashboard and I realize it was just delayed... I thought I was seeing things, but it turns out that nodes/RPCs/indexes all have inherent delays, some even get stuck on blocks or reorganize, which can scramble the data order entirely.

Now everyone’s talking about staking unlocks and unlock calendars every day, making it seem like there’s bound to be selling pressure tomorrow. I get caught up in the rhythm too. But honestly, what you see as “on-chain activity” might already be a replay from a few minutes ago. As a perpetual trader, I tend to impulsively trade based on outdated info... Anyway, I’m just going to hold back today. If I get too emotional, I’ll just follow the rules and take a week off.
