OpenAI and private equity firms finalize joint venture plan to advance AI deployment
BlockBeats News, May 4th, according to informed sources, OpenAI has raised over $4 billion to establish a new joint venture that will focus on helping enterprises adopt its artificial intelligence software.
According to an anonymous source, this new company called “The Deployment Company” has received support from 19 investors, including TPG Inc., Brookfield Asset Management, Advent, and Bain Capital. The deal values the company at $10 billion, excluding payments already made. The source also stated that the joint venture will be owned and controlled by OpenAI.
