The Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Navy stated that the new area controlled and managed by Iran’s armed forces in the Strait of Hormuz is bounded by: to the south, the line connecting Iran’s Mubaraki Mountain (Kuh-e Mobarak) and the southern part of Fujairah, UAE; to the west, the line connecting the end of Iran’s Qeshm Island and Umm Al Quwain, UAE.
