I saw an interesting message from Lucie, the marketing manager of Shiba Inu, on X that really deserves our attention. She issues a pretty direct warning to the entire SHIB community about choosing investment projects, and honestly, it's advice we should all listen to.

Basically, Lucie explains that not all failed projects are necessarily scams or malicious. Sometimes it's just poor management, or the team failed to maintain sufficient growth. She reminds us that even the best can burn your fingers, so you really need to be cautious when deciding where to put your money.

What struck me was her honesty: she clearly states that Shiba Inu itself, and all tokens built on Shibarium, are only secondary compared to the major players in the market. That's an honest approach.

Then, she shares a kind of guide for new projects wanting to start on Shibarium. And here, it's interesting because she breaks the idea that official approval is needed to succeed. No, what really matters is a good positioning strategy and a real connection with the community.

Her practical advice: first, a clear and transparent roadmap. Tell us exactly what you want to do and how you're going to do it. Second, communicate everywhere—Telegram, Discord, major social networks. Stay active, stay visible. And what I liked is that she explicitly says paying for marketing everywhere isn't the solution. What really matters according to Lucie is building a genuine base of engaged and loyal supporters.

It's a message you don't often see coming from someone so close to Shiba. Less hype, more real strategy. It changes from the usual speeches.
