Today I want to explain something that anyone entering the crypto market must hear - those are the terms Bullish and Bearish. Actually, they are quite simple, but many people still don't understand why these words are used.
Starting with Bullish. This term comes from the bull, and when a bull attacks, it raises its horns high - that action symbolizes rising prices. So when someone says the market is bullish, they are expecting prices to go up. Easy to understand, right?
Conversely, Bearish comes from the bear. The bear attacks by swiping downward with its claws, and this action represents falling prices. So bearish = prices will decrease, plain and simple.
But why were these animals chosen? I found that the origin of these terms dates back to the 18th-century financial markets. Traders at that time used animal comparisons as a quick way to describe market trends. Later, it spread globally and is still widely used today.
I realize that these terms have become common language within the trading community. When you master this, tracking the market and understanding traders' psychology will be much easier.
Now, look around the market around you - is it bullish or bearish? That’s a question anyone in crypto should ask themselves every day. Follow me if you want to learn more about such things.
