These days, the topics of "interest rate cut expectations" and "the US dollar index rising and falling together with risk assets" are everywhere. Honestly, the more I see it, the more I want to take action, but I’ve set a rule for myself: the hotter the trend, the slower I move. I wait until my emotions cool down before acting. Otherwise, my attention gets pulled in different directions—one moment chasing macro narratives, the next chasing new concepts on the blockchain—ultimately feeling like I’m just taking on others’ positions and fooling myself. To put it simply, the market is like a mirror; the more impatient you are, the more it goes against you… Right now, I’d rather do fewer trades than get pushed to constantly cut my attention every day. For now, this is the way—only if I can endure it, can I consider myself winning.
