Lately, earning testnet points feels a bit like going to work... It was originally easy as practice, but once I default to "I'll definitely exchange for something later," I start to get hooked.
My stop-loss is pretty basic: cap my time and attention first, no more than an hour a day, skip if I get stuck;
If I start changing environments or rerunning scripts repeatedly for a few points, that means my expectations are too high, and I immediately take a break for two days.
By the way, recently some places are raising taxes and tightening compliance, then loosening again, and my psychological expectations for deposits and withdrawals are also fluctuating.
The more they fluctuate, the less I want to treat "points" as certainty.
Anyway, I no longer chase explanations; if it's random, then it's random.
If I can get it, I get it; if not, it won't affect my late-night snack.
