I just learned about this guy, Chando Tan from Singapore — he's 59 years old, but looks at least 20 years younger. Honestly, at first I didn't believe it was really possible. But it turns out, Chando Tan doesn't just look so young for no reason — he has a clear system. An interesting thing: according to him, 70% of the results have nothing to do with sports, but with diet. He mainly eats eggs, chicken, and hardly touches fats. He has completely eliminated alcohol and sugar from his life. It sounds strict, but apparently it works. He also doesn't bother with workouts — three to five times a week, just basic exercises: squats, push-ups. No complicated programs. And Chando Tan is very attentive to sleep — goes to bed before 11:00 PM, no snacks before sleep. Such discipline. I don't know, I couldn't do that, but the results are impressive. Maybe there's really something to it?
