The recent hot topics change too quickly, attention is being pulled around. To put it simply, the most expensive cost isn't transaction fees, but that you can't help but click to see, then your hand follows and places an order. My simple method: every time I want to chase a new narrative, I first ask myself, "Can I write out its failure path?" If I can't, I don't touch it for now. Wait until the hype passes, then check if the code/contract is reliable. Anyway, missing out isn't shameful.

Also, now everyone talks about interest rate cut expectations, the US dollar index, risk assets sometimes rising together and sometimes falling together. It sounds like they're just finding reasons for emotions... I set a strict rule: only allowed to change my position once a week, and during other times only record without acting. When FOMO (fear of missing out) hits, I go back and look at screenshots of times I chased hot topics and got cut. It works pretty well.
