Recently, I've seen newcomers chasing memes and celebrities shouting buy signals, and their nerves go haywire as soon as the attention shifts. To be honest, don’t always think about catching the last wave; first, stabilize the “foundation”: don’t give unlimited contract approvals casually. If you open the door for it, they might not steal today, but someday if the project team encounters trouble, the front end gets malware, or you click the wrong link... it’s like leaving your house key outside.

Now I’ve lowered my expectations; whether I make money or not is secondary. Before bed, I casually revoke permissions I don’t often use—just like brushing my teeth. Not doing so makes me feel uneasy. Governance meetings are lively with discussions about processes, but no one likes to bring up these small matters. I just quietly play the role of the spoilsport: have you revoked your approvals? Anyway, I’ll do it like this for now.
