Lately I've been earning testnet points again, and the more I do it, the more I feel my mindset is off: originally it was just practice, but I defaulted to thinking "maybe I can exchange for something later"... Once there's an expectation, it's easy to get hooked. Spending more gas doesn't matter, and I even start staying up late to complete tasks, which is very similar to the anxiety of trading with leverage.

I've now set a "stop loss" for myself—it's a bit old-fashioned but effective: no more than 30 minutes of messing around each day; if I go over, I close the page; for tasks that require repeated interactions or changing accounts and IPs, I skip them directly. Don't waste all my time and attention just for points. Anyway, the points aren't money in my wallet.

Also, recently there's been a lot of talk about on-chain data tools and label system delays. Honestly, don't trust the dashboard too much. The testnet version is even easier to be manipulated; if someone posts a screenshot of a "progress bar," you might want to chase after it... Forget it, I set my own pace. I can set alarms for OI and fee rates, so I just set an alarm for the testnet: log off when the time's up.
I'm going to get to work.
