Yesterday, I ordered a box of durians, and upon receipt, I found all of them were rotten packages, hard as stones. My first reaction was to give up, thinking I was just unlucky. My friend said, "You should apply for after-sales service in the order details, and write 'fresh produce spoiled' as the reason; the system will automatically refund." I tried it, took photos and uploaded, and the refund was credited to my account in less than three seconds. I stared at my phone in shock for a long time. I remembered the box of cherries I bought last month, half of which was rotten. At the time, I thought I just didn't eat them in time, served me right, and threw the whole thing away. That box of cherries plus today's durians are enough for my family to have a meal at the seafood restaurant downstairs, and I can also give the kids a lobster tail.

It turns out that's called system rules. If you don't click, it defaults to accepting. If you click, it just takes back the rotten goods that shouldn't have been sold to you in the first place.
