According to Iran’s Fars News Agency, the 14-point plan proposed by Iran is a response to the U.S. 9-point plan. Contrary to what Al Jazeera reported, the plan does not include Iran freezing uranium enrichment activities for 15 years or opening the Strait of Hormuz.
