US Crypto Market Structure Bill Nears Mid-May Markup as Ethics Dispute Looms

U.S. lawmakers are pushing a crypto market structure bill toward markup as early as mid-May, but ethics disputes are clouding the path. Tillis said he would oppose the bill without clear ethics provisions, and ethics issues are expected to draw Democratic focus as midterm elections approach.
