According to The Wall Street Journal, Anthropic is finalizing a deal to launch a joint venture on Monday with BlackRock, Goldman Sachs, and other Wall Street firms, aimed at selling AI tools to private equity-backed companies. The joint venture is expected to serve as Anthropic's consulting division, helping companies integrate AI into their operations. Anthropic, BlackRock, and Friedman Company will each invest approximately $300 million, while Goldman Sachs, as a founding investor, will contribute about $150 million. The total committed investment is expected to reach around $1.5 billion.
