Modular chains, hearing this term so often, I get numb... But honestly, for us end users, the feeling of change isn't about grand claims like "more decentralized," but more like: chains are like building blocks of Lego. Today, you mint an NFT on Chain A, and tomorrow, the same frontend might just move the settlement to Layer B. You only notice "why do I need to sign again" or "why are the fees so high or low," while everything else is happening in the background.

What I care more about now are signals that seem quite basic: whether the floor price is being dragged down by one or two strange transactions, whether a sudden gas spike is someone doing something, and those familiar chain links that pop up suddenly in address relationship graphs... As for on-chain data tools and tagging systems, recently they’ve been criticized for lagging or misleading me, but I just treat them like weather forecasts, not navigation. If they’re wrong, I just meow and move on.
