Lately, I've been a bit obsessed with testing network points.
It was originally to practice my feel, but the more I do it, the more it feels like I'm saving up "future salary"...
Honestly, once expectations are set, people start to lose reason.
My stop-loss is pretty simple: only give myself two nights per test network + one budget (gas/cross-chain fees/buying accounts all counted),
If I go over, I consider myself full and just close the webpage and sleep.
I also saw some people using on-chain data tools and tagging systems as a compass,
but those things are sometimes slow to react, or even can be manipulated to set the rhythm,
staring at them for too long only makes me more anxious.
Anyway, I now prefer to treat it as an alarm clock:
when the hype gets too high, it reminds me to withdraw.
For now, that's it—don't turn "practice questions" into "must-score exams."
