CryptoWorld News reports that, according to UK media, if the United States continues to arbitrarily weaken its military presence in Europe, the European Union will face the risk of a security system collapse for years. On May 2, a spokesperson for the U.S. Department of Defense, Shawn Parnell, confirmed that the Department of Defense has decided to withdraw 5,000 U.S. troops from Germany within a year. On May 3, the Financial Times reported that the U.S. is also re-examining the decision to deploy remote weapons units in Germany. The newspaper pointed out: “If Trump arbitrarily withdraws other equipment, it could lead to major and dangerous security loopholes in Europe that last for many years.”
