Recently, when looking at projects, I wonder if they are really getting things done.
I will first glance at the treasury expenditures and milestone updates, not to see how beautifully they are written, but to see if the money spent has resulted in tangible outcomes: such as development progress, audits, ecosystem collaborations, or even community feedback.
The worst is when the treasury keeps moving, but the milestones are always stuck at "almost there, almost there."
Meme, this wave of attention rotation is too fast, as soon as a celebrity speaks out, everyone rushes in.
I understand, but that veteran's advice "don't take the last baton" is not just for show.
Forget it, to put it plainly: the project team willing to spend money on things that help you avoid pitfalls (audits, documentation, support) is much more reassuring than just making empty promises every day.
Anyway, I’ll also wait for the emotions to settle down in the short term, rather than getting excited and treating treasury stories as good news to chase.
