Due to regulatory hurdles, Morgan Stanley executive Amy Oldenburg states that Morgan Stanley has launched its first bank-issued Bitcoin ETP. Oldenburg said that although the product marks a milestone, it will still take time for advisors, regulators, and bank balance sheets to adapt before Bitcoin becomes a standard bank asset.
