Iran Unveils Three-Stage Agreement Proposal

Iran has proposed a structured roadmap: ceasefire, nuclear limitations, and regional security.
Phase 1 focuses on de-escalation by expanding the ceasefire, easing port blockade, reopening Hormuz, and reducing U.S. military presence.
Phase 2 addresses nuclear issues by halting enrichment for up to 15 years, maintaining facilities intact, managing uranium stockpiles, and gradually lifting sanctions.
Phase 3 shifts to long-term regional stability by building a broader security system with neighboring countries.
The strategy is clear: security first, nuclear later.
But the red line remains, without dismantling nuclear sites and controlled sanctions reduction.
This is a long-term negotiation framework, not a quick deal.
If accepted → de-escalation path
If rejected → tensions rise again
The question: compromise or stance?
