The Asian Development Bank will provide $70 billion in support for two new initiatives in the Asia-Pacific region.

Gold Financial reports that on May 3rd, the Asian Development Bank announced that by 2035, the ADB will provide $70 billion in funding support for two new initiatives: the “Pan-Asian Power Grid Initiative” and the “Asia-Pacific Digital Expressway,” to promote interconnected power grids in the Asia-Pacific region, expand cross-border electricity trade, and improve broadband access.
