Recently, I saw a bunch of people linking ETF capital flows with U.S. stock market risk appetite, as if crypto price movements are controlled by the same remote... Honestly, the more I see, the more numb I become. The cruelest part of the attention economy isn't the abundance of information, but that you get swept along with the rhythm every time you refresh—today chasing this narrative, tomorrow switching to that one. In the end, it's not money that gets lost, but your mind.

I recently experienced a follow/unfollow situation: I followed an account that updates "the next hot spot" every day, which was pretty satisfying to watch. But then I found myself getting itchy, wanting to chase after it, even though I hadn’t researched the protocol’s revenue—making decisions purely based on emotion. So I just unfollowed, and instantly felt clearer. Anyway, if I miss out, I miss out; at least I won’t be buying just to "keep up with discussions." Now I prefer to focus only on a few established projects’ revenue and safety, and make moves only if there are changes. Otherwise, the hot topics rotate too quickly, and I can’t keep up.
