Just learned about Laszlo Hanyecz and honestly can't stop thinking about it. This guy literally paid 10,000 BTC for two Papa John's pizzas back in 2010. Like, TWO PIZZAS. The crazy part? At that time it was only like $25, so nobody thought twice about it.

Fast forward to now and I'm doing the math in my head... those same 10,000 BTC would be worth HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS. With Bitcoin sitting around $78.86K right now, we're talking life-changing money. The kind of money that makes you question every financial decision you've ever made.

So yeah, May 22 is Bitcoin Pizza Day and people celebrate it every year as a reminder of the first real-world BTC transaction. But honestly? I think about Laszlo Hanyecz every time I see it trending and just... I don't know how he lives with himself 😅

The wild part is nobody could have predicted this. Laszlo was just hungry and made a post on a forum. Someone actually delivered the pizzas. He sent the coins. Done. No regrets at the time because nobody knew Bitcoin would explode like this.

Makes you wonder what transactions we're making today that'll haunt us in 10 years, right?
