You've probably noticed Elon Musk's physique looks pretty impressive lately. But here's what's interesting - that body shape might not come from hitting the gym hard. I just learned something that explains a lot about how the ultra-wealthy actually approach fitness and aging.
It turns out Silicon Valley's elite have been quietly adopting what they call 'longevity drugs'. The main component is growth hormone releasing peptides. According to clinical data, these things are several times more effective at building muscle and burning fat compared to traditional training. But here's the catch - one of the side effects is that distinctive, almost unnaturally full appearance you see on certain billionaires.
The economics are wild. A complete treatment cycle costs as much as a luxury car. This isn't something accessible to most people, even if they wanted it. When Musk's team was asked about it, they denied using anything illegal but didn't rule out 'legal' anti-aging protocols. That's basically a confirmation wrapped in careful language.
What fascinates me most is how this reveals a bigger shift. While regular people are still obsessing over protein intake and workout routines, the wealthy have essentially moved the entire game to molecular biology. Body management has been completely redefined at the top.
But it goes beyond just looking fit. The real play is applying this same logic to aging itself. That's where the next frontier of inequality becomes obvious. The class divide isn't forming at the gym anymore - it's happening in the pharmacy. One group is counting reps, the other is literally engineering their biology. That's a gap that no amount of discipline can bridge.
