At some point, you have to ask yourself why you’re putting so much energy into hyping up people who don’t even see you beyond numbers. It’s okay to shift that focus back onto yourself. Not everything needs to revolve around these so-called “creators” who, behind the scenes, often move very differently than they present publicly. I’ve seen enough screenshots and DMs to understand that for some of them, it’s all strategy, engagement first, people second.
And the reality is, this system only works because people keep feeding into it. The more you idolize, the more leverage they have. The more you seek validation from them, the less you build for yourself.
And yeah, I’ve spoken on the whole Medusa situation. Me being a girl doesn’t mean I have to blindly support something that doesn’t sit right with me. Blind loyalty isn’t integrity.
What’s been even more telling is the timeline lately, some of you focus way too much on drama and not nearly enough on your own growth. Watching someone fall has turned into entertainment, and people are enjoying it instead of questioning it. That alone made me rethink a lot. If your main source of content is other people’s downfall, you’re not moving forward.
Also, let’s be real about this “friend” narrative. Not everyone is your friend. Some people are closer, sure, but most are just acquaintances. And I’m not going to stay quiet just to protect a label that doesn’t even hold real weight.
If something feels off, I’ll say it. Not out of hate, but because I’d rather be honest than play along with something I don’t believe in. I’ve been here long enough to see how things actually work, I’ve developed my own perspective over the years. I’m not a hater, I’m focused. I know what I want, and my mission is simple: make it, and make real money.
