These days, memes are heating up again. I tend to melt whenever the market heats up, and I get itchy to chase. The result is often chasing to the emotional peak... Honestly, the most exciting narrative is also the hardest time to get out.

Right now, the "practice" I do for myself is one thing: set a stop-loss before placing an order, or just pretend I didn't see it.
My stop-loss isn't mystical either; if it drops below my surrender line, I exit, even if it pulls back later—forget about it. At least I won't be educated by it to lose sleep.

Some people keep an eye on large on-chain transfers and unusual movements in exchange hot and cold wallets as "smart money."
I used to also imagine: is it about to take off?
Now I try to treat it as background noise... it might be repositioning, market making, or consolidating, but it’s definitely not a signal that money is coming my way.
If I really want to chase memes, I keep a small position—if I lose, it’s just tuition; if I win, I don’t get carried away.
First, I train myself not to get too emotional, then I can talk about other things.
