Starting a media platform often involves a misconception: there are too many opportunities.

Today someone asks you to develop a skill, tomorrow someone asks you to be an agent.
The day after tomorrow, someone asks you to expand channels, and the day after that, someone suggests buying data...
Someone asks if you can do AI medical care, AI fitness, AI legal services...
And this is just within the AI sector.
So I’ve been spending a period of time doing all kinds of tedious tasks.
How to do domestic media? How to do international media?
How to do paid consulting? How to do knowledge monetization?
I’ve done many things, spent a lot of time, sleeping at 3 or 4 a.m. every day.
In the end, I realized: the money in my pocket didn’t increase just because I did a lot of things.
Later, I realized: doing many projects probably won’t make much money.
You need to continuously operate one thing, one project.
Deepen and clarify a project; only then is there a slight chance to make money.
